A FEW THINGS
TO KNOW.
What does the score actually mean?
A score of 1–100 summarizes risk signals found in public on-chain data. Higher scores mean fewer signals were found. The five verdicts are Lower risk (80–100), Caution (60–79), High risk (40–59), Danger (20–39), and Likely scam (1–19). Missing data is disclosed, and limited coverage can cap the verdict.
Does Chew tell me what to buy?
No. Chew reports risk signals, not price predictions or buy and sell recommendations. It can be wrong, and a high score does not guarantee safety. Use the evidence as one part of your own research.
What data does the extension use?
Chew uses public token, market and holder data. Keyless checks run in your browser; wallet analysis uses the project backend. Providers see your IP and the tokens checked. The backend receives the chain, token address, a random install ID for rate limiting, and your IP for the rate-limit window. Read the full privacy details on GitHub.
